    曹艳,特聘副研究员。南京工业大学博士,美国罗德岛大学博士后,曾就职于金斯瑞生物科技有限公司、上海细胞治疗集团等知名生物医药企业;曾主持抗CD47单克隆抗体、间皮素CAR-T等多个创新药物的IND项目开发与申报工作,并成功获得临床试验批件;擅长抗体筛选、功能改造及体内外药效评价;具备从抗体早期发现到CMC、再到注册申报的全流程项目管理经验,致力于推动创新免疫治疗与生物药物的临床转化。
