
生物医药卓越工程师学院副教授,硕士研究生导师,于2019年入选江苏省青年科技人才托举工程。目前担任国家市场监管局保健食品注册咨询专家、江苏省市场监管局食品生产企业注册审核专家、南京微生物学会副理事长,以及中国植物保护学会农药残留与环境安全专委会委员。主持及参与了国家重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金和江苏省自然科学基金等多个科研项目,其中本人主持国家和江苏省自然科学基金各一项,并负责国家重点研发计划子课题一项。已发表论文40余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者身份在SCI期刊上发表相关研究论文18篇,其中JCR 1区/中科院1区文章13篇。研究成果在Google Scholar中被引用1438次。
1. 药用植物次生代谢通路关键节点的系统解析及其在创新药物研发中的应用:整合多组学和合成生物学技术,解析药用植物次生代谢关键调控网络,定向改造关键酶基因,构建高效工程菌株,提升药效成分生物合成,为创新药物研发提供中间体化合物;
2. 集成多重分子印迹探针、CRISPER-CAS12和LAMP技术等的疾病标志物和药物基因组学标志物快速检测新方法及其临床应用:创制新型分子探针材料,建立集成化快速检测方法,实现疾病标志物和药物基因组学标志物的快速、灵敏、可视化检测,提升疾病诊断精准性和个体化给药方案制定的科学性;
3. 人工智能赋能药物代谢模型构建及其在新药研发中的应用:阐明候选药物分子体内过程及其对药效、毒性的影响,创建因果推理框架,破解黑箱难题,推动新药临床前评价模式向智能驱动转变。
